The following are the stages of a full service:
Design:
Where the architect interprets the clients brief and starts designing.
Design and Development:
Where the design is further developed including input from the structural engineer.
Council Lodgement:
Submitting the plans for the Development Application to Council and or lodging for Complying Development.
Documentation:
Completing all the details and specification for the design to form a tender package for the builders to price.
Tendering:
Where a group of selected builders submit their price on the tender package.
Contract Administration:
Contract administration is where the architect administers the building contract between the client and the builder through to practical completion
